Meet the Team

James Lovell, BSc, MSci
James qualified as a chartered Sports Therapist from the University of Chichester in 2021. During his undergraduate degree, James was fortunate enough to gain valuable hands on experience working with local sports teams, gyms and clinics.
In 2019, he featured as part of a team of therapists which covered local sporting events such as the Bournemouth 7's festival, the Poole Festival of running and the Moreton frolic.
Whilst completing his integrated Masters degree in Sports Therapy, James completed a year in industry working for the professional Rugby Union club Ospreys throughout the 2020/21 season. This involved working alongside international players, including British & Irish Lions, providing the assessment of sporting neuromusculoskeletal injuries, along with their associated treatments and bespoke rehabilitation plans.
As of June 2021, James became certified in Dry Needling at Level 5 for Sports Massage Therapy. James has been the Lead Sports Therapist for Oakmeadians RFC from 2021 and has developed his acute injury and management skills fourfold.
James has been working closely with the elderly population and has been performing exercise and mobility classes suitable for individuals wanting to improve their strength, mobility and balance. These classes are tailored to individuals affected by Parkinsons, Dementia and Stroke, where they can reduce falls and improve their social interaction and overall wellbeing.
More recently, as of Winter 2022, James has been the Lead Sports Therapist for Dorset & Wiltshire County RFC U16's and U18's Girls.
Jacob Norcliffe, BSc
Jacob qualified as a chartered Sports Therapist from the University of Chichester in 2022. During his studies, Jacob worked with a range of students at the University clinic which put learning into practice.
During his time in his final year he also experienced working with Aldershot FC Academy. This opportunity provided Jacob with the experience of providing assessments for a number of different injuries as well as creating and delivering rehabilitation programs.
Jacob is also currently studying MSc Strength and Conditioning to further develop his skills in programming rehabilitation and getting individuals performing to their best ability not only in sport but day to day life.
Recently Jacob became certified in Dry Needling at Level 5 for Sports Massage Therapy.

Our totally individualised treatments are designed to improve your symptoms from the first session onwards, allowing us to reduce your discomfort as rapidly as possible.


We are conveniently located within The Junction Leisure Centre, Broadstone, benefitting from superb access to gym, swimming and all multi-sport facilities. Be sure to check out our flyers and posters located around the centre !
